Rev. Eugene A. Minson, III has been the Executive Minister for St. Luke A.M.E. Church since July of 2013 and is honored to continue serving under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Stephen A. Green.  Now a proud New Yorker, he is originally from Charleston, SC, where he was born and raised, to parents Henrietta P. Minson and the late Eugene Minson, Jr.

Rev. Minson earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Clemson University in 2008.  He then furthered his education at Turner Theological Seminary, at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), in Atlanta, Georgia.  He earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in 2013.

Moreover, Rev. Minson is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. Additionally, he has had the privilege and honor of pastoring Emanuel AME Church in New Rochelle, NY, between the years 2015 – 2019.  He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
